Special Occasions by Ariel offers a beautiful private outdoor patio setting for micro weddings, elopements and intimate celebrations of up to 20 guests. Celebrating somewhere else? We also offer event rentals, a specialty Flower Bloom Bar experience and customized décor services throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding communities.

You do not have to book our outdoor patio to rent from us. Our venue and our rentals work together or entirely on their own.

Rental Period: Rentals are for one event day (up to 24 hours) unless otherwise agreed upon. Delivery and pickup times will be confirmed before the event. Additional time may result in an additional rental fee.

Delivery and pickup are available for rental orders.
Locations outside the 10-mile delivery area may be accommodated for an additional fee based on distance.
Delivery and pickup do not automatically include setup and breakdown.
Setup & Breakdown
Need us to handle the setup?
Setup and breakdown covers placement and setup of rented tables and chairs, and breakdown after your event.
When setup and breakdown are specifically included in a package — such as the Flower Bloom Bar Experience — there is no additional setup fee for that portion of the service.
Reservations, payment & care.
Reservations & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date and/or rental items. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before delivery or your scheduled event, as applicable.
Your reservation is confirmed once:
- Availability is verified
- Your agreement is completed and returned
- Your required deposit is received
All venue bookings and equipment rentals — including tables and chairs — require a signed rental agreement.
Payment requests may be sent electronically through PayPal.
Refunds
We understand that plans sometimes change.
- 30+ days before: 100% of deposit refunded
- 15–29 days: 50% refunded
- 14 days–48 hours: deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred one time to an available rental date within 6 months
- Less than 48 hours / no-show: no refund or credit
Severe weather affecting an outdoor event may qualify for a one-time rescheduling credit, subject to availability.
Damage & Stain Policy
Customer is responsible for equipment from delivery until pickup. Items must be returned in good, rentable condition and free of permanent or difficult-to-remove stains.
Red dyes, red paint, red markers, colored powders, or other red products that may permanently stain equipment are prohibited.
Customer is responsible for cleaning, repair or replacement costs for permanent stains, discoloration, burns, cracks, breakage, or lost/stolen equipment. Items that cannot reasonably be cleaned or repaired will be charged at replacement cost.
Complete terms will be included in your rental agreement.
